Beginning in 2007 as a Production Associate at Integra Software Services, Ranganayagalu built a career defined by progressive leadership, operational precision, and deep domain expertise across publishing and technology.

From Team Lead at Exemplarr World Wide to Desktop InDesign specialist at Aptara, each chapter sharpened technical and managerial acumen. By 2014, he was Deputy Manager at Lumina Datamatics, mastering process optimization and cross-functional leadership at scale.

This foundation of 18+ years culminated in the bold entrepreneurial leap of 2023 — co-founding two companies now serving global publishing and software transformation markets.
